On the rules of accepting and accounting of the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan
1. General regulations
1.1 The regulation is developed in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan "on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan", Regulation of the CCI RT. It defines the order of accepting and accounting the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
1.2 The organizations, enterprises, profit è non-profit organization, as well as private entrepreneurs can be the members of the CCI RT.
1.3 Organizations, enterprises and entrepreneurs included in the organization uniting them (unit, association etc.), can not be members of the Chamber when the unit does become a member of it.
1.4 Organizations, enterprises and entrepreneurs get membership becoming a member of CCI RT.
2. Rules for acceptance of enterprises, organizations and private entrepreneurs to the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan
2.1 The acceptance of enterprises, organizations, profit and non-profit organizations as well as private entrepreneurs to the CCI RT is accomplished by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2.2 The acceptance to the members of the Chamber is carried out on the basis of the application of a set form addressed to the Chairman of the Chamber signed by the Head of the enterprise.
2.3 Enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs submit the following documentation to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry:
- Application on acceptance to the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Copy of the registration certificate and of Regulations (private entrepreneurs should submit a copy of the registration certificate), attested by the stamp of the enterprise (private entrepreneurs),
2.4 Enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs become members of CCI RT after acceptance of corresponding decision by the governing body of the Chamber.
2.5 The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan gives out the CERTIFICATE of due form to enterprises, organizations and entrepreneurs accepted to members of the Chamber,
2.6 The members of CCI RT in the person of their plenipotentiary representatives have the right of:
a) electing the delegates for the Congress of CCI RT in the order determined by the Chamber Council and being elected to the governing bodies of the Chamber;
b) submitting the relevant proposals for consideration of the Chamber Presidium;
c) getting the needed assistance from CCI RT in the decision of issues of the Chamber's sphere of action;
d) enjoy the services of the CCI RT, its enterprises and institutions on the preferential terms, fixed by the governing bodies of the Chamber.
3. Cessation of the membership in the CCI RT and exclusion from the membership of CCI RT
3.1 The basis for the cessation of the membership in the CCI RT may be the written application of the member of the CCI RT, liquidation, reorganization of the enterprise and ceasing of the private entrepreneur's activities.
3.2 The basis for exclusion from the members of CCI RT may be nonfeasance by the member of one of obligations determined by Article 15 of the Regulations of CCI RT.
3.3 The exclusion from the members of the CCI RT and cessation of the membership in the CCI RT should be carried out by the Presidium of the Chamber with subsequent agreement and approval by the Chamber Council.
3.4 The needed documents and draft resolution of the Presidium of CCI RT on exclusion from the members of the Chamber and cessation of the membership in CCCI RT should be prepared by the Department on work with the Chamber members.
