Head of the International Commercial Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, experience of lawyer 33 years, including: Court Consultant, Railway district court; Court Consultant, Department of Justice in Sugd; graduate student of Institute of Philosophy and jurisprudence Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of  Department of  Legislation of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan; Head of the Association of Lawyers “Open Doors”; Head of the Department of Civil and Procedure Legislation, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Has the first class rank  Counselor of Justice.

The author of more than 20 articles and speeches  to analyze  current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, represented Tajikistan at the meeting of the UN Committee on Child’s Rights , Geneva, participated at the meeting of the Supreme Court, Germany, Karlsrue and Supreme Land Court, Germany, Hamburg.

Initiated seminar on “The Impact and Role of International Legislation on Domestic Law” to study and disseminate the mechanism for the implementation of international law in the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

 Had experience of cooperation with UNICEF, American Embassy, Swiss Agency for development, GIZ, “Save the children” UK, British American Tobacco, Wakefield inspection services ltd.
