Tajikistan will host the first Business Forum of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea

In order to implement the Memorandum of Understanding between the countries of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea on the establishment of the Business Council signed on June 29, 2020, as well as to expand business contacts between the business communities of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan in the framework of the presidency of the country in the Forum of Cooperation “Central Asia – Republic of Korea” plans to hold the first Business Forum of business circles of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea in full-time format, on November 29 in the current, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Dushanbe.

The forum is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.

First Business Forum “Central Asia – Republic of Korea” will be organized on the threshold of the 14th Forum of Cooperation with the participation of foreign ministers of Central Asia and Korea which will be held on November 30, 2021.

This Forum will be a platform for discussion of further trade and investment cooperation of business circles in priority areas, with the participation of representatives of the private sector.

It is also focused on the involvement of small and medium-sized businesses in the implementation of joint projects, including e-commerce, agribusiness, food security, industrial development, transport and logistics, investment cooperation, in order to develop the export potential of participating countries and create a sustainable network of cooperation between entrepreneurs of the Republic of Korea and Central Asian countries.

We invite representatives of interested ministries and agencies, development partners, as well as the business community of the Republic of Tajikistan to participate!
