Rustamova Manzura Akramovna
Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industru of the Republic of Tajikistan
Rustamova Manzura Akramovna was born on July 19, 1967, in the Dushanbe, the Republic of Tajikistan, in the family of an employee.
In 1985, after graduating from the Secondary School No. 34 in Dushanbe, she entered the Tajik Technical University at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and successfully completed the evening department, while working at the Design Institute OJSC “Tajikkommunproekt” (1985-1996).
1996 to 2010, worked in the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, where rose from leading specialist to the Head of the International Cooperation Department.
Member of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan since 2000.
Took part in the negotiations of initial missions and control over the implementation of investment projects in the field of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Was a member of the EurAsEC Working Group on the development of transport corridors, a member of the Working Group on the Promotion of Investment Projects under TRACECA.
Participated in international forums, symposia and congresses, including ministerial conferences held under the auspices of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Intergovernmental Council of the Road Workers of the CIS (ICR CIS), IRU, EurAsEC.
In 2002, studied at advanced training courses for senior officers in Japan (JICA).
In 2004, completed a full course of the Country Seminar on the implementation of investment projects (Asian Development Bank, April 20-30, 2004);
The training workshop on Financial Management and Investment Projects Management Funded by ADB (Asian Development Bank, October 19-22, 2004);
Specialized seminar for senior officials of the Transport Sector on legislative and regulatory issues of investment projects organized by the TRACECA project Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia – (Tashkent, October 11-15, 2004);
Study tour for senior officials of the Transport Sector organized by the TRACECA project Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia – (Netherlands, February 24 – March 5, 2005).
For the contribution to the development of the road sector, she was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Intergovernmental Council of the Road Workers of the CIS.
At the celebration of the X-th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, was awarded the Certificate of Honor.
