Information about the Department

The Department of Expertise and Certification carries out its activities on the basis of relevant laws and regulations of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, other sectoral legal acts and international agreements recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chamber’s Charter and the   Department’s Regulation.

The main tasks of the Department of Expertise and Certification 

- registration of the certificate of origin of goods; 

- expertise of the determination of the country of origin of goods; 

- expertise of the completeness of imported goods and products; 

- confirmation and registration of documents of foreign economic activity 

- confirmation of force majeure (force majeure);

Department of Analysis and Prospects of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan

Based on the Regulations of the Department, approved by the Chairman of the CCI RT, the Department of Analysis and Prospects of the CCI RT is entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- control and analysis of the implementation of the annual activity plan of the CCI RT;

- collection and analysis of quarterly, semi-annual, nine-monthly, and annual reports of the structures of the Central Office and regional chambers, preparation of the general report on the activities of the CCI RT for submission to the Government of the country;

- study and analysis of regulatory and legal documents in the field of activity of the CCI RT;

- in agreement with the management, representation of the CCI RT at seminars and conferences;

- participation in the drawing-up of draft regulations on economic issues, as well as in the drawing-up of draft strategies, programs, and concepts at the national and sectoral levels in working groups (at the level of the head of a department/division) in agreement with the management;

- consideration of appeals and proposals, analysis and work with incoming correspondence;

- the department also exercises other powers in accordance with the Charter of the CCI RT and other regulatory legal documents.

The main areas of activity of the International Cooperation Department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan:

1. Ensuring and expanding international cooperation

Organizing correspondence and cooperation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan with chambers of commerce and industry and other relevant structures of foreign states, including member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), foreign states, international and regional organizations whose activities are related to the areas of activity of the Chamber.

2. The Department carries out preliminary analysis and consideration, as well as revision of documents on cooperation, including agreements, memorandums of understanding and other official documents prepared between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign chambers of commerce and industry or other foreign economic organizations, and ensures the process of their approval and signing with foreign parties.

3. Participation in the development and implementation of events based on the minutes of intergovernmental meetings.

The Department participates in the development of draft plans of events provided for by the minutes of intergovernmental meetings, and taking into account the areas of trade and economic cooperation, develops relevant proposals and submits them to the relevant structures. At the same time, it prepares the necessary information on the results of the implementation of these events and submits it to the relevant authorities.

4. Participation in the creation and activities of joint entrepreneurs' councils.

The Department participates in the creation and activities of joint Business Councils with foreign countries. At the same time, it organizes and coordinates meetings and other events related to the activities of the Councils, together with the chambers of commerce of partner countries.

  5. Coordination of the activities of the Chamber's representative offices abroad.

The Department coordinates, controls and ensures the activities of the representative offices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan in foreign countries, taking the necessary measures to improve the efficiency and expand the scale of international cooperation.

6. Implementation of other tasks and areas of activity of the Department, stipulated by the Charter and Regulation on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
