Biography
Rajabov Khaidar Usmanovich was born on August 6, 1978 in Dushanbe
In 1995 he graduated from secondary school No. 14 in Dushanbe;
From 1995 to 2000 he studied at the Tajik Technical University named after M.S. Osimi, faculty of "Engineering business and management". Specialty engineer-economist.
In 2008 he graduated from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property;

From 2003 to 2007 - State Institution "National Patent and Information Center", Head of the Department of Licensing Agreements and Patent Services;
From 2007 to 2008 - JSC "Teleradiokom", Systems Engineer and Systems Administrator;
From 2008 to 2010. – Tajik-Indian Center for Information Technology named after Bedil, Deputy Head;
From 2010 to 2012 – Tajik-Indian Center for Information Technology named after Bedil, Head;
From 2012 to 2013 – State Institution “National Patent and Information Center”, Head of the Automation Department;
