REGULATIONS

on Holding the Republican Competition TOP-35 Reliable Partners of the Year

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Regulations define the procedure for organizing and conducting the Republican Competition “TOP-35 Reliable Partners of the Year”.

2. The Republican Competition “TOP-35 Reliable Partners of the Year” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan. During the period of the Competition, the Organizer has the right to make amendments and additions to these Regulations, as well as adjustments to the title of the Competition.

3. The Competition is held with the aim of enhancing the authority and business reputation of domestic entrepreneurs among business communities of Tajikistan and foreign countries, promoting their achievements, and strengthening the role of small and medium-sized businesses in the socio-economic development of the country.

4. The Competition is held once a year.
