On December 3, 2025, the 6th Annual Meeting of the Korea-Central Asia Business Council was held virtually, attended by the leadership of the Secretariat of the Korea-Central Asia Cooperation Forum, the leadership of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Central Asian countries, KITA, and representatives of relevant structures of the Council member countries.
At the meeting, the Acting Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rajabzoda Haidar, spoke and provided specific information on the opportunities available in Tajikistan to develop cooperation between the countries.
At the same time, after the official part of the above-mentioned meeting, special sessions were held on the topics of “Promising areas of cooperation in the context of digital transformation and AI innovation” and “Sustainable cooperation through digital transport and logistics and smart infrastructure (Smart Infrastructure), in which issues of new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation through the use of advances in AI and digital technologies, with discussions on the latest developments and practical cooperation between sectors in the countries of Central Asia and Korea, as well as issues related to the transport sector of the countries of Central Asia and Korea, were discussed and debated.
From the Republic of Tajikistan, representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan participated in these sessions and provided the necessary information to the participants of the event on the topics related to their areas of expertise.
