The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan has organized a number of Round Tables for representatives of the private sector, with the aim of popularizing ideas and objectives of the International Commercial Arbitration, functioning under the Chamber, the spread of arbitration in Tajikistan, as a way of settling international commercial disputes to promote the economic activities of companies.
To participate in the work of thematic events that will be held on May 26-27, 2025, in the Chamber, with a view to improving the general level of legal culture, strengthening the legal positions of business entities, lawyers of domestic companies are invited.
International experts from the Kyrgyz Republic of Kaybeldaeva, Begaim Mukhtovna and from the Republic of Uzbekistan, Belousov, Larisa Konstantinovna held 4 sessions on topics: International arbitration and its benefits for business; FIDIC contracts: application in construction and investment projects; Interaction of arbitration with the business of Tajikistan; Main directions of arbitration in electronic commerce.
It should be noted that on April 25, 2025 in the city of Urumqi, Xinjiang-Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China held «SCO Countries' Arbitration Forum: China - Middle Asia 2025», in which the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan organized the participation of lawyers of leading companies of the country.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan regularly conducts activities aimed at improving the level of education, legal and economic knowledge of representatives of the private sector of the country.
